Colored Lights
The color of a light can really set the mood for a particular Halloween theme. For low level lighting, we use colored fluorescent FEIT Party Light bulb (twist type) inside a parabolic clamp-on shop lights and directed the light either from above and down onto the scene or at ground level depending on the effect we want to create. FEIT Party Light bulbs are available in a variety of colors and can be purchased at your local hardware store.

Black Light
Halloween Decorative Black LightBlack lights add an eerie touch to your party or haunt. You can find them all over year round, use the florescent lights as opposed to screw in bulbs which are not true U.V. light.

For an eerie effect, hang glow-in-the-dark bats, skeletons and spiders from the ceilings and trees! Write scary Halloween messages or body outlines on your front walk using colored chalk or washable fluorescent paint. Use a black lights to enhance the effect.

Mini-Lights
Halloween LightingGreat for lighting-up your party and house, strings of Halloween colored mini-lights are colorful and always a welcome addition to your Halloween decorating arsenal.

Hanging strings of Halloween mini-lights around your window frames, curtain rods, door frames, fireplace mantle, etc. is a festive way to light them up. Be sure to switch off your regular lights before your guests arrive.

Always remember that even though they are small, holiday mini-lights do produce some heat and carry electricity in both the bulbs and cords. Make sure that they are not on or against anything that could catch fire or that could produce an electric threat.
